This is an absolutely charming liqueur that is a bit reminiscent of calvados. The “Grail” refers to a myth that the Holy Grail was actually a wooden vessel impregnated with wine yeasts and could reliably ferment a fine drink. The apples are all local and it’s spiced with ginger, rosemary and cayenne (just a bit). 20% ABV
